Trade Studies I

Trades Studies I is designed to introduce the students to a variety of skilled trades. The students will have the opportunity to spend one third of the semester in each of the following trade areas; carpentry, welding and motive power. This course is recommended for students who are considering a trades, techniques or pre-apprenticeship as a future program. Through a combination of theory and practical experience, the student will gain the background necessary to proceed with further study in a more advanced program.
