Role of the Educational Assistant

This course will introduce the students to the goals and history of education and determine how the role of the educational assistant has developed. Types of administrative policies, school curriculum areas and professional conduct will be examined. Students will be given opportunities to demonstrate the practical skills required of an assistant in the classroom.
