Outdoor & Environmental Studies

This course is designed to provide both passive and active classroom and outdoor activities which will enable students to develop experiential knowledge of natural environments. Studies will have an informed understanding of human/nature relationships. Contemporary ecotourism issues of national and international interest such as sustainability, indigenous culture and economic/cultural/environmental impact will be discussed.
