Patient Management

Patient Management is a comprehensive overview of methods an MRT will use to manage the patient while in the Diagnostic Imaging Department and other hospital environments. The student will demonstrate skills in communicating and assessing the condition of patients while providing a safe environment as well as performing patient interventions for the patients in their care. Skills acquired in this course will be practiced in Clinical Lab and complement skills acquired in General Radiography. Linked to the current CAMRT competency profile found on www.camrt.ca website.
