Organizational Behaviour

In this course, the student will examine the behaviour of people at work and, as potential organizational members, develop their 'people skills'. In understanding important aspects of individual work and the economy, the student will analyze the historical evolution of organizations and critique working life challenges to the individual and society.The course content may be presented through a blend of instructional methods, including lecture, discussion, independent study and videotape.
