Principles of Quality

This course will provide the student with basic concepts and issues in quality management of an organization's product or service and illustrate how purchasing relates to the final quality. The course will cover normal terminology associated with quality management, concepts related to Total Quality Management (TQM), Continuous Improvement and Re-engineering, Total Quality Assurance, Purchasing Management and ISO concepts.
