Public Purchasing

This course will develop proficiency in the basic principles of wise expenditures of public funds. The student will be introduced to the skills needed to successfully spend tax dollars or tender/contracting for goods and services, issuing Requests for Proposals, quotations and other bid documents that are used in the public sector.
