Investigations

In this course, students will learn all aspects of case management related to investigation. Students will work with information gleaned from various scenarios and examine documents commonly included in a Crown Brief. In a culminating exercise, students are required to produce a Crown Brief based on a simulated crime scene held during the semester. The Brief will include applicable documents such as Informations, Synopses, Will Says, and various other reports designed to organize and present evidence.
