Police Powers II

This course is the practical application of concepts and theories taught in a number of courses including Criminal Code, Provincial Offences and Police Powers I. The student will demonstrate and respond to various scenarios where the proper application of police power is paramount. i.e. traffic stops/ domestic violence, etc. During these scenarios students will apply and adjust levels of force to affect arrests in fluid/dynamic situations.
