This course is a continuation of Criminal Code. Students will analyze offences related to weapons and controlled drugs and substances by examining the Firearms Act, Criminal Code and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Provisions of other Federal statutes and their relationship with the Criminal Code will also be examined.
