The course introduces the terminology and background information of hydraulic systems, the main area of fluid power. Students learn about the main components and how they work in a circuit. Hydraulics and Electrical Theory also covers the fundamentals of direct and alternating current. The basic concepts of electricity, the operation of various circuits and components is explored.
