You will gain an overview of the processes involved in assessment and evaluation. A variety of types of evaluation will be utilized in order to understand and meet the needs of learners and stakeholders. Learners will be encouraged to evaluate your own practice as a teacher or trainer in their environment. Pre-requisite: OL550 Adult Learning
