Classroom Assisting II

This 48-hour course continues the concepts introduced in Classroom Assisting I and II. The major focus of this course is the development and delivery of a five to seven minute oral presentation to the total group. The skills required to complete this task are also skills required by an effective and professional member of the teaching team. Further development of conflict resolution skills and the continued self-assessment process also contribute to the personal and professional growth of the student. A unit on Visual Arts helps round out this course.
