Classroom Assisting II

This 30-hour course continues with the concepts introduced in Part I (NS 100). The focus in this course is on role definition based on practical experience. An essential part of this course is the development of the teacher assistant as an effective member of the teaching team, through the development of skills necessary for child guidance and classroom management. Effective communication skills are also practiced.
