Classroom Assisting I

This course is one of a four-part series of courses that will help the student to understand the role of the Teacher Assistant. The course provides the foundation for the students to define their role within the school and community. Topics to be studied include the role of the Teacher Assistant in the classroom and the community; professional and legal ethics of the role; introduction to communication; observation and conflict resolution skills.
