Spanish I

This is an intensive course introducing the customs, culture and language of the Hispanic world. Attention will be paid to the four learning skills: listening, speaking, writing and reading. In addition, students will acquire a command of the essential grammatical structures of Spanish and a vocabulary of 2500 words. The course covers structures of the Simple Present Tense (Presente de Indicativo).Students will be challenged and encouraged to participate in class actively.
