International Business Law Ethics and Dispute Resolution

Students develop an understanding of the legal problems and considerations associated with global business activities. International dispute resolution mechanisms are examined including related processes and procedures. Through case analysis students review a number of cases to arrive at legally substantiated positions on cases associated with a variety of topics studied. Students also examine the challenge of reconciling the demands of international business and the application of business ethics and reviews domestic and international rules and laws regarding ethical business practices.
