International Business Management
This course concentrates on the successful operation of a business enterprise in an international environment. The course considers the broad spectrum of strategic management issues within an organization, and within the global economy. The course views the business within its particular industry, as well as within the broader competitive environment; it examines what a firm must do to survive and prosper. Students will analyze internal and external business conditions in order to understand the policies and strategies that guide a company striving to retain competitive advantage in a global economy.
