Introduction to International Business

Almost every Canadian business is impacted by globalization. Companies require staff who are aware of the characteristics of global trade and the forces that impact it. In this course, students examine the nature of globalization, the differences that exist among countries and cultures, the elements of cross-border trade and Canada's trade position. Students also develop an awareness of global current events and their impact on international business decision making and practices.
