Project Management and Evaluation

Based upon their co-op experience learners will be required to produce a full report documenting process, activities, and results, and making recommendations pertinent to the organizations mandate and objectives. In-class discussions will establish criteria for the evaluation of projects and will include a survey of recent literature on sustainable development progress assessment. Learners will also have an opportunity to reflect upon the importance of accountability and confidentiality in the context of project management.
