Negahneewin Reciprocity in Practice

This course will require learners to address the application of reciprocity or giving back. Assignments will focus on articulating and addressing the challenges of substantive application of culturally-articulated values such as reciprocity, relationship, respect, bravery, honesty, wisdom and integrity. A key area of discussion will be the meaning of reciprocity with reference to community property, and how to safeguard a sense of community ownership in the products of development initiatives.
