Negahneewin Ethical Administration
In this course learners will explore ethics as the underpinning of administrative process. The exploration will be framed by an understanding of Indigenous values and the challenges of applying these values within an administrative structure. Learners will identify existing community structures and contrast these with their developing understanding of process as constituting fairness. Assignments will provide an opportunity to incorporate this understanding with creative and problem-solving skills to suggest new procedures.
