Transformational Leadership

The role of a leader as an agent for change is central to this course. Learners will discuss the challenges of being a courageous leader, and strategies for becoming personally motivated to lead. They will observe leadership styles for both stable and dynamic organizations and the obstacles created by organizational behaviour.
