Re-Thinking Leadership
Leaders are frequently called upon to take risks and exercise creativity in resolving problems. In this course, learners will be encouraged to be confident, independent thinkers by practicing innovative decision-making. The idea of creativity will be examined through a social-psychological lens, to identify the myths and misconceptions that discourage people from believing themselves to be creative. At the same time the course will explore a variety of methods by which learners can practice and develop creativity.
