Research Project
This course will provide an overview of different research methodologies and evaluation techniques for the identification, implementation and management of an independent research project that is linked to course curriculum. Course content will focus on understanding the nature of applied research, the data cycle, defining a problem, designing a research methodology, research ethics, implementation, data collection tools, analysis, and reporting. Please note: the Research Project is comprised of a 45-hour course with an additional 60 hours expected for the project-related assignment. ** Students may register for one or more of the courses within the Indigenous Governance and Public Administration Program without applying to the program. However in order to receive the program credential students must apply to the program and meet admission requirements. Students must have access to an iOS device (preferably iPad) as each course will have a multi-touch iBook.
