Negotiation and Dispute Resolution

In this course, students will examine traditional and modern views of power and influence within various levels of Canadian government and Indigenous nations. This course will explore ideological perspectives that drive governance at all levels today, sources of power and influence and politics, as well as the impacts of legislation on negotiation and dispute resolution. ** Students may register for one or more of the courses within the Indigenous Governance and Public Administration Program without applying to the program. However in order to receive the program credential students must apply to the program and meet admission requirements. Students must have access to an iOS device (preferably iPad) as each course will have a multi-touch iBook.
