International Business Planning

The global marketplace is filled with both business opportunities and threats, and whether you are an executive or an entrepreneur, successfully reacting to these requires intelligent business planning. In this course, students will learn how to prepare a robust international business plan that can be used to secure funding, gain approval from decision makers and guide the management of business operations. Students will apply what they have learned in this course and draw on the broad knowledge and skills they have gained throughout the international business management program to develop a business plan for an international business activity.
