International project managers are faced with the challenging task of managing schedules, costs, budgets, risks and teams across geographical and cultural boundaries. In this course, students will learn the technical and soft skills needed to effectively initiate, plan, perform, control and lead international projects. Students will apply these skills in a simulated real-life project.
