Engaging in international business activities typically requires changes in human resources strategies, policies and practices to ensure employee and organizational success. In this course, students will examine how to manage human resources in an international context in key activities including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management. Students will also explore the role of human resources management in promoting ethical, responsible and sustainable business practices.
