Employee Recruitment & Selection

To remain competitive, organizations must develop a human resources strategy for recruiting, identifying, and selecting employees who will contribute to the organization's effectiveness. In this course, students will examine recruitment, selection, and orientation methods which meet both legal and socio-economic requirements. Students will practice using assessment tools and develop interviewing skills when producing a comprehensive recruitment and selection plan.
