Managerial Accounting

This course introduces students to the elements of four financial statements: the balance sheet, the income statement, the statement of retained earnings, and the statement of cash flows. They will also examine a variety of managerial tools, including budgeting, the balanced scorecard, break-even analysis, and decision-making models that may be applied to human resources strategies, planning, and policies.
