Advanced Dining Room Service

This course will provide the student with the knowledge to run and operate a small restaurant operating our on-campus dining room, the student will be required to plan, cost, order, receive, and serve international food of a very high standard. It will also focus on speciality type of service including religious, ethnic and international.
