Hospitality Industry Computer Systems

In HO 403, the student will receive hands-on experience using SumQuest software for survey preparation, Professional Cooking (5th Ed) software for recipe manipulation including costing, editing, exporting, importing, scaling and viewing nutritional analysis. As well, the student will use some advanced features of Microsoft Publisher 2002, Microsoft Word 2002, and Microsoft Excel 2002.
