Field Placement

Through placement in an actual fieldwork situation, the student will gain practical experience in participating with local hospitality establishments. A specific program of involvement is presented to the student for either 'back of the house' or 'front of the house' work experience. They will also be given the opportunity to apply classroom theory in a practical setting.
