Field Placement

Through placement in an actual fieldwork situation, the student will gain practical experience in participating with local hotels, restaurants, institutional and hospitality establishments. A specific program of involvement is presented to the student for either kitchen or bake shop work experience. They will also be given the opportunity to apply classroom theory in a practical setting.
