Historical Impacts of Coloniza
The students will be provided with an overview of the historical impacts of colonial relationships between Indigenous and non Indigenous peoples in Canada, with a particular focus on psychological and sociological impacts. This overview is essential to understanding the social dynamics within Indigenous communities, and how these dynamics are manifested in various social problems including addiction, sexual abuse and violence.
