Introductory Microcomputer Applications

In GC 100 the student will receive hands-on experience using Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Word 2002, and Microsoft Excel 2002. Students attend weekly lab sessions for hands-on learning using computer simulations. The software simulations can also be installed on personal computers for out-of-lab learning. Assessment will in the form of hands-on tests and/or quizzes and/or assignments.
