Business Law
This course presents a practical study of Canadian business law. In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of the Canadian legal system and how legal disputes are resolved within it. Students will expand their understanding of key areas in business law, including tort law, contract law, employment law, labour law and property law, and apply their knowledge through a series of legal case studies.
