Legal and Business Practices for Aboriginal Financial Managers

This course will introduce students to the various legal concepts and structures they will encounter in their work as financial managers. This will include the various methods of carrying on business and their legal implications, contract law principles involving binding contractual relations and breach of contract, tort law principles focussing on negligence, and fundamentals of construction and construction liens.
