Decontamination Bacteriology and Infection

*MUST be taken in the 1st semester. This course covers the various types and classifications of bacteria and how it is spread. Students will learn how to decontaminate their work area as well as clean implements and using an autoclave. Universal precautions and professional responsibility will also be covered. Textbook to be purchased by the student from the bookstore-475-6225.
