Careful planning for the launch of a business can help insure adequate resources are utilized to achieve optimum market positioning. The business planning process will be used as a basis of this course. Both strategic and tactical planning will be reviewed with an emphasis on the development of a business plan for the start-up or expansion of a business venture.
