Resource Acquisition For Start-Up

Entrepreneurs need to understand the legal implications and risks of starting a business along with the diverse range of resources necessary to launch successfully. This course will assess the physical, human, information and financial resources needed to start a venture and examine how those resources can be acquired. The legal requirements of a business will be investigated and remedies to minimize business risks will be examined.
