Industrial Electronics I

The student will learn common transistor amplifier configurations using both Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs) and Field Effect Transistors (FETs) to lay the foundation for understanding advanced devices and circuits for industrial control. Circuit analysis methods are developed to support circuit trouble-shooting. Transistor and amplifier characteristics are verified in laboratory circuits using bench test equipment.
