Introduction to EDA
This course provides a foundational introduction to Electronic Design Automation (EDA), focusing on the exploration of schematics, SPICE simulation, and the behavior of passive and active devices in electronic circuits. Students will learn to design, simulate, and analyze circuits using industry-standard EDA tools. Additionally, it introduces three-phase systems, highlighting their applications in power electronics and electric machinery. Through simulation exercises, students will gain practical experience in creating and interpreting electronic schematics, performing circuit simulations using SPICE-based software tools and understanding three-phase system fundamentals and their applications. By the end of the course, students will have the skills to design and evaluate basic electronic circuits, preparing them for advanced studies in electronics, power systems, or embedded systems.
