Reflective Educator in Professional Practice

This course will provide students with the opportunity to examine professionalism, advocacy, ethics, and standards of practice. Students will explore workplace expectations and employability skills needed to succeed in today's early learning environments. Students will engage in continuous self-reflection and critical analysis to identify personal and professional skills, knowledge, and dispositions required for employment. Resume writing and interview skills will be studied to support and prime students for employment.
