Project Management 2
This course builds on the foundation of GB501 Project Management course offered in semester 1. Students will apply their textbook knowledge in project management to recognize relevant project management principles and methodologies within the provided case studies in class on a weekly basis. The further development and understanding of fundamental project management principles and tools will be examined through application and implementation of the learned textbook knowledge in real life scenarios and challenges. Analytical thought process will be emphasized with case studies through group discussions in class. This is a highly interactive course where students will be required to discuss weekly topics and share their opinions on the matters among groups. Supporting lecture slides will be based on the prerequisite GB501 course resources and textbook as well as additional various sources as required provided by the instructor.
