Health & Safety Management & Inspection

Occupational health and safety is an area of ongoing concern for all kinds of organizations. Health and safety awareness, prevention and training, dominates all aspects of work from head office to various job sites within engineering, construction, architectural and industrial firms. This course will primarily focus on providing practical knowledge and simulated guidance in regards to health and safety, Joint Occupational Health and Safety committee training, workplace inspection, accident prevention and emergency planning, incident investigation, and understanding due diligence from the perspective of a manager/supervisor position. This course will also highlight worker safety and relevant real world safety policies and regulations as well as document procedures specifically related to working in Canada.
