Project viability is the key to longevity for any organization and contributes towards a sound and safe operation in parallel with profitability. This course will focus on the principles and techniques of cost and contract management commonly used by project managers. Students will learn how to evaluate the financial soundness of a project, understand the elements of risk management planning, cost estimation and cost management techniques, scheduling, legal protocols and other intricacies of procurement management.
