Clinical Advanced

This course relates to the clinical environment with a particular focus on the evaluation phase of knowledge, skills and judgment to support the Dental Hygiene Process of Care. Practical experiences will occur in traditional, non-traditional dental hygiene and interprofessional/intraprofessional settings. Students will apply advanced instrumentation techniques when treating the periodontal client and present their findings in a case study.
