Lvl II Dental Assistant Update

The Level II Dental Assisting Update course will include the theory and practice that will prepare the graduate for advanced knowledge skill performance in the dental office. This course will prepare the Dental Assistant to apply to the National Dental Assisting Examining Board for the necessary certification to perform advanced skills in dental practices in Ontario (according to the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario). The theory portion of the course will be completed independently and the student will be required to practice clinical skills on-site at Confederation College. This course will be delivered via Distance Education. Prerequisite: Graduate of Dental Assisting Program and HARP Certified. Materials required. Actual Class Dates: Sept.22, Oct. 6, Oct. 27, Nov. 17, Dec. 1 and Dec. 15. Class Times - 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. EST.
